​Katrina is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist specializing in dentistry. She has used her training and implemented daily ergonomic strategies for over 19 years.

She focuses on bio mechanics and how to apply them to her daily routine to prevent injury, during clinical practice and in the gym. Preparing the body for a difficult workload can make the difference between practicing in pain and not.

Katrina Klein is a Registered Dental Hygienist of 14 years, with twenty three years in dentistry. She can relate to the struggles of being in the mouth as well as being stationary at the desk.

Fitness Competitor

As a certified personal trainer who also trains for fitness competitions, she has a solid foundation of fitness knowledge.

Personal Trainer

Katrina practices 4-5 days a week and often trains clients after work.

She works out 5+ days a week herself and is PAIN FREE.
